Friday 3rd October, 6pm
£40 per person – includes welcome drink, talk and dinner
An evening of food, drink and thoughtful discussion in the heart of the Suffolk countryside.
Hosted inside the beautiful barn at Shimpling Park Farm, this one-off event explores the relationship between farming and conservation: are they in conflict, or can we find harmony? With special guest Richard Negus – gamekeeper-turned-conservationist and author of Life on the Hedge – join us for an inspiring discussion on rewilding, biodiversity, and the future of food production.
After the talk, tuck into a nourishing supper prepared by The Suffolk, featuring slow-cooked lamb shoulder with flatbreads and orchard crumble with crème anglaise. Optional cheeseboard available on the night.
Doors open: 6pm
Talk: 6.30pm
Dinner served: 7.45pm
