A feast in the barn to celebrate John Pawsey’s 40th harvest at Shimpling Park Farm.
The Suffolk leaves the beaches of Aldeburgh to cook in the barns of West Suffolk. Join us for a truly special evening of food and farming, set against the backdrop of one of East Anglia’s most pioneering organic farms.
Begin the evening with canapés and drinks before settling in for a celebratory meal designed by The Suffolk's head chef Luke Truelove, showcasing the best of the region’s producers – from Maple Farm vegetables to Fen Farm Dairy’s Baron Bigod.
Expect crab toast, pumpkin fondue, roast lamb saddle, truffled dauphinoise, and a show-stopping apple tarte fine with Calvados ice cream. A proper harvest celebration.
