Join us at Shimpling Park Farm for a seasonal dinner to celebrate the Spring Equinox – a moment of balance between day and night, and the beginning of brighter, longer days.

Hosted in the beautiful brick barns, the evening will feature a menu by Luke Truelove, head chef at The Suffolk, inspired by spring's finest bounty and a taste of the new season ahead. Expect vibrant, uplifting dishes served long-table style in a setting that feels made for gathering and celebrating together.
