Join us at Shimpling Park Farm for the first in our weekend series of dinners – an evening of food, flavour and conversation all about fermentation, pickling and making the most of every ingredient.
Hosted by our very own George Pell, the discussion brings together two leading voices in sustainable food: James Cooper, founder of Shedletsky’s and author of Tickle Your Pickle, known for his innovative approach to preservation and big, bold flavours; and William Kendall, co‑founder of the Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival and long‑time campaigner for better food and farming.
Expect a relaxed evening of ideas, inspiration and good eating - with a two‑course dinner from The Suffolk’s head chef Luke Truelove.
